Naples Art Gallery East West Fine Art Celebrates 25 Years of Art and Inspiration
October 3, 2025

Naples art gallery East West Fine Art represents 25 years of perseverance, passion, and a lifelong dedication to the arts. Founded by Olga and Leeza Arkhangelskaya, the gallery has brought meaningful, uplifting artwork to collectors and the Naples community since 2000.
Today, located at Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt, East West Fine Art continues its mission of sharing soulful, professional, and inspiring artwork with Southwest Florida. However, the gallery’s story began long before its Naples location. It began with courage, determination, and a belief in the power of art.
From Moscow to America: A Journey of Courage
Before making Naples their home, Olga and Leeza faced a challenging journey—one they never imagined would lead to the creation of one of Southwest Florida’s most recognized fine art galleries.
In 1994, fleeing post-Soviet turbulence and violence in Moscow, they arrived in Virginia with just two suitcases and determination. Soon after, tragedy struck when Olga’s husband and Leeza’s father passed away suddenly while still in Russia.
As a young widow raising a child in a foreign country, Olga faced immense hardship. Nevertheless, she remained determined to pursue the American dream and build a new life for her family.
Olga Arkhangelskaya’s Passion for Art and Education
Throughout her journey, Olga combined her professional achievements with her deep appreciation for art and culture.
She earned Master’s degrees in International Economics from Harvard University and Georgetown University. While living in Washington, D.C., she worked at the World Bank and continued pursuing her passion for the arts.
In addition, Olga earned a diploma in Fine Art History from George Washington University. This education strengthened her understanding of art’s historical and cultural significance.
Founding East West Fine Art in Naples
When her World Bank contract ended in 1999, Olga chose a new direction. Rather than pursuing prestige or financial success, she followed her passion for sharing the beauty, history, and positive spirit of art with her community.
In 2000, Olga moved to Naples with her 15-year-old daughter and founded East West Fine Art.
Through dedication and hard work, she grew the gallery into one of Florida’s beloved art destinations. Working twelve-hour days, seven days a week, Olga created a place where collectors could discover meaningful artwork and develop personal connections with artists.
Leeza Arkhangelskaya Continues the Gallery Legacy
Over time, Leeza became an essential part of East West Fine Art’s continuing story.
Leeza graduated from Community School of Naples and earned degrees from the University of Geneva and American University in Washington, D.C. Although she initially pursued international development, her lifelong love of art eventually brought her back to the gallery.
In 2012, Leeza joined Olga as co-owner. Together, they continued their shared vision of art as a source of beauty, culture, and connection.
