ARTIST STUDIO AGREEMENT *

By checking this box, I agree to remit payment to East West Fine Art an ARTIST STUDIOS annual membership fee for $290 upon my acceptance to the program. Payment may be submitted via Paypal to East West Fine Art, 9115 Strada Place, #5130. Naples, Fl 34108. I also agree to the commission rate of 20% paid to East West Fine Art for any pieces sold from the website, or a custom commission resulting from exposure via ARTIST STUDIOS.
