Jeanne La PatriceCOLLECTIONS

Torso Expressions

The initial collection: Torso Expressions, features original multimedia sculptured art on canvas. The art focuses on the differences, imaging, and expressions of body form. In reality, body image is in the eyes of the beholder: a powerful force that drives self-concept. In art, this torso collection combines form, color, and texture to enhance distinctive and inspired body image designs.

“Abstract Transitionalism™”

In this collection, the artist uses the shades of vibrant colors with perfect harmony, perfection and precision to bring out visual illusions. Abstract arts like these, unlike paintings of objects, know no boundaries. The different shades of colors flow together to create a harmonious pattern and also expand into an array of light, thus engaging the emotions of the viewer without the distraction found in paintings of objects. Each piece takes its own direction. The creation of these abstract pieces which are seemingly in motion and alive, magically leads to a unique original work that captures the imagination.

The Eclectic Collection

The art in this collection reflects a variety and mixture of styles and medium. These designs are brought together through the use of color, texture, shape and finish and are composed of elements drawn from various sources. Significantly, eclectic art is characterized by the fact that it has no particular form of expressing itself. In general, the term describes the combination in a single work of a variety of influences—mainly combining elements from different styles and methods and encompassing them into a unified creation. The various sizes and themes in this collection testify to its freedom of expression and imagination.

Nature’s Symphony
